Our Team
Jason Laver
Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate
in January 2018 as Senior Vice President specializing in office properties. He brings over twenty (20) years of commercial real estate experience with him, most of which have been in the Greater Cleveland area.
Prior to joining CRESCO Real Estate, Jason was a leader in strengthening the I-77/I-480 Business Corridor for national and local corporations with a local Cleveland real estate company. He helped with regional successes including build to suit, sale lease backs, land purchases, lease buyouts and sublease transactions.
Jason’s expertise draws from diverse roles throughout the
real estate industry. He started his real estate career
representing industrial clients at CBRE. After transitioning
to the CoStar Group Inc., Jason assisted commercial real
estate developers, owners, brokers, lenders, asset
managers and appraisers in managing office and
industrial property market information, becoming an
expert in data-driven service to clients.
Rico Pietro
Rico Pietro, Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate is a 20-year veteran in the commercial real estate sector. He joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in 2004 as a founding member of the Office Services Group. Rico provides corporate real estate advisory solutions to his clients locally and on an international basis. Rico currently sits on the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Council, Legal Specialty Group and Chair of the Investment Division. Rico is known as the most active broker in the Cleveland Region and is routinely the firm's top producer in dollar volume and number of transactions. Rico specializes in acquisition strategy, creative brokerage, advisory services and marketing trends in the office, investment, and mixed-use arena. With this overwhelming amount of experience, Rico has extended his creative work into the development sector of the business. He aims to manage projects for the same Clients he provides real estate services too.
Maria Anzola
Maria Anzola brings over two decades of financial acumen to the real estate domain. As Controller at Robert Stein & Associates from 1997 to 2011, she meticulously oversaw real estate financial administration. Transitioning to NAI Daus, Maria assumed the role of CFO until 2018, overseeing a diverse portfolio including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties. Since 2011, Maria has served as CFO at Smart Hotels LLC, adeptly managing financial operations for retail and hospitality ventures. Concurrently, she has provided financial administration for Hy-Ko Products of Mexico since 2004. As the current CFO at CLE PM LLC, Maria steers financial strategies for a vast 1.5 million square feet portfolio.
Elizabeth Kakish
Elizabeth Kakish is a seasoned real estate professional boasting over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate accounting and finance. Her journey commenced at LRC Realty from 2012 to 2020, where she served as an Accounting Manager overseeing a vast retail and student housing portfolio spanning 5 million square feet. Transitioning to NAI Pleasant Valley in 2020, Elizabeth managed a diverse portfolio of 40 properties exceeding 7 million square feet as an Accounting Manager. Since 2022, she has excelled as Controller at CLE PM LLC, navigating a dynamic portfolio exceeding 1.5 million square feet with precision and strategic acumen.
Jill Dzina
Jill Dzina brings over 26 years of profound property management expertise to the real estate arena. His journey commenced at Park Place Property Management from 1996 to 2003, where he served as Partner and Senior Property Manager, stewarding an industrial portfolio spanning 4 million square feet. Transitioning to Vintage Management Services/Marous Development until 2012, Jull managed a diverse portfolio valued at $22,000,000 across 21 properties, totaling over 2 million square feet. As Senior Vice President at NAI Daus acquired by NAI Pleasant Valley, he oversaw a dynamic portfolio of 40 properties exceeding 7 million square feet. Since 2022, Jull has excelled as Senior Vice President at CLE PM LLC, managing a diverse portfolio surpassing 1.5 million square feet. A licensed real estate salesperson since 2012 and a member of I.R.E.M. since 2008, Jull Dzina epitomizes excellence in professional real estate management.
